At Tree Fellar Scotland your safety and the safety of our staff is of primary importance to us. Most of our operations involve the use of dangerous tools and machinery therefore we ensure that the strictest health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
We are proud to be members of the Forestry Contracting Association and in keeping with their terms and conditions and also with industry regulations and guidelines, our staff are fully trained in the use of their equipment and are NPTC qualified.
Staff members are also trained in first aid. No work is under taken unless at least one member of our team who is fully trained in first aid is on site.
To further ensure safety we always carry out a full risk assessment prior to any work commencing.
All work we do is in compliance with 'BS3998 Recommendations for tree work' and for added peace of mind, we have Public Liabilty insurance of £5 million pound cover.
