It avoids the need to dig and disturb the surrounding ground and minimises the size of the hole, also the stump grinder reduces the stump into manageable chippings that can be recycled and used as compost.

The offending stump(s) may be causing a hazard, spreading disease or obstructing building and gardening projects such as driveways, patios, fencing and turfing.
We can grind the stump and major roots down to the required depth to prevent regrowth and allow replanting or ground preparation for any purpose. Much of the ground out soil and wood shavings can be used to backfill the hole and any surplus will either be disposed of or left for the customer to use as they wish. We can also remove rows of hedge stumps and residual roots from trees that have been removed.
