Complete List Of Treecare Services
Tree Surgery: Tree surgery is the removal of branches and large limbs from the tree; it should only be carried out to improve the stability, appearance and or health of the tree.

Crown Lifting: Crown reduction is an alternative to topping large trees. Crown reduction is accomplished by removing larger branches at the top or side of the tree. Branches are removed above a lateral branch that will increase in size after cutting.

Crown Thinning: This operation is used to produce a higher tree. By removing some of the intermittent and crossing branches, it will allow the air to move more freely through the tree and also help light to enter the tree to promote a healthier growth. It will also help to retain the trees natural shape & character.

Dead Wooding: This involves the removal of damaged diseased and dead branches. Cleaning out is the removal of foreign objects and intrusive plants, such as Ivy.

Formative Pruning and Reshaping: Pruning in order to encourage good health and form in recently planted establishing trees. Carried out correctly, formative pruning can be the most effective means of pruning that a tree can receive. It involves the early removal of potentially fragile branches in order that a sound structure is developed, allowing the tree to advance with a more balanced and structurally sound crown.
Tree Felling: Where space allows, the tree is felled in a single section using various techniques to control the direction of fall, in other circumstances the tree may be felled in sections usually described as dismantling

Repair of Storm Damaged Trees: In extreme circumstances, where the tree is in such a location or condition to make normal techniques for its removal unsuitable for example damage created during storms or high winds, advanced methods are may be used. These include, amongst others, tree removal using Cranes or Mobile Elevated Platforms.

Chipping: The method of disposal of branches and arisings using a wood chipper.

Hedge Trimming: The trimming and tidying of hedges, this may also include the reduction of the height of the hedge as required. Consultancy & Surveys:

Tree reports and surveys carried out: including help with Tree Preservation Orders, remember failure to comply with Council regulations may result in large fines. It is the owners’ responsibility to ensure that there are no restrictions before carrying out any tree works
